இந்த விதிமுறைகள் TNTDCGS (தமிழ்நாடு தெலுங்கு தேவாங்க செட்டியார் கிளோபல் சங்கம்) இயங்குவிக்கும் திருமண பயன்பாட்டிற்கு பொருந்தும். பயன்பாட்டை பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், இந்த விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்கிறீர்கள்.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the TNTDCGS matrimonial platform. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

Platform Nature: TNTDCGS is an MSME-registered community sangam run by the people, for the people — not a commercial matchmaking service. No corporate or outside body is involved. We are a people-run platform for the Devanga Chettiyar community. Fees collected are distributed transparently: referrers and region admins receive commissions, the app development team is compensated for platform services, and the net balance is settled to the app owner.

தள இயல்பு: TNTDCGS ஒரு பதிவு பெற்ற சமுதாய நல அமைப்பு — வணிக திருமண சேவை அல்ல. தேவாங்க செட்டியார் சமுதாயத்திடமிருநத சமுதாய தன்னார்வலர்களால் நிர்வகிக்கப்படுகிறோம். கட்டணங்களிலிருந்து எந்த உபரியும் இலாப நோக்கத்திற்காக வைத்திருக்கப்படவில்லை.

1. Eligibility 1. தகுதி

To use the TNTDCGS platform, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • 18 வயது அல்லது அதிகமான வயதுடையவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்
  • Be a member of the Devanga Chettiyar community or a direct family member
  • தேவாங்க செட்டியார் சமுதாயத்தின் உறுப்பினர் அல்லது நேரடி குடும்ப உறுப்பினராக இருக்க வேண்டும்
  • Not be currently married (unless seeking a second alliance where applicable)
  • தற்போது திருமணமாகாதவராக இருக்க வேண்டும் (பொருந்திய இடங்களில் இரண்டாவது திருமணம் தேடுவதைத் தவிர)
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
  • உங்கள் சுயவிவரத்தில் சரியான மற்றும் உண்மையான தகவல்களை வழங்க வேண்டும்

2. Account Responsibilities 2. கணக்கு பொறுப்புகள்

As a registered user, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • உங்கள் உள்நுழைவு நற்சான்றிதழ்களின் இரகசியத்தை பராமரிக்க வேண்டும்
  • Ensuring the accuracy of your profile information
  • உங்கள் சுயவிவர தகவல்களின் துல்லியத்தை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்
  • All activities conducted under your account
  • உங்கள் கணக்கில் நடத்தப்படும் அனைத்து செயல்பாடுகளுக்கும்
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • உங்கள் கணக்கின் அனுமதியற்ற பயன்பாட்டை உடனடியாக எங்களுக்கு அறிவிக்க வேண்டும்

3. Acceptable Use 3. ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளக்கூடிய பயன்பாடு

The TNTDCGS platform is provided for legitimate matrimonial purposes only. You agree to:

TNTDCGS தளம் சட்டமான திருமண நோக்கங்களுக்காக மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படுகிறது:

  • Use the platform respectfully and in good faith
  • தளத்தை மரியாதையுடனும் நல்ல நம்பிக்கையுடனும் பயன்படுத்துங்கள்
  • Interact with other members with dignity and courtesy
  • மற்ற உறுப்பினர்களுடன் கண்ணியத்துடனும் மரியாதையுடனும் பழகுங்கள்
  • Report any suspicious or inappropriate behaviour to the platform administrators

4. Prohibited Activities 4. தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட செயல்பாடுகள்

Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate permanent account ban and, where applicable, legal action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fraudulent, fake, or misleading profiles
  • மோசடி, போலியான அல்லது தவறான சுயவிவரங்களை உருவாக்குதல்
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
  • மற்றொருவரை ஆள்மாறாட்டம் செய்வது அல்லது உங்கள் அடையாளத்தை தவறாக சித்தரிப்பது
  • Soliciting money, gifts, or financial benefits from other members
  • மற்ற உறுப்பினர்களிடம் பணம், பரிசுகள் அல்லது நிதி நலன்களை கேட்டல்
  • Sharing, publishing, or distributing other members' personal information without consent

  • Using the platform for any purpose other than matrimonial assistance
  • திருமண உதவியை தவிர வேறு நோக்கங்களுக்கு தளத்தை பயன்படுத்துதல்
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards any member

  • Attempting to bypass the mutual-consent mechanism for contact details

  • Scraping, data mining, or automated access to the platform
  • தளத்தை ஸ்கிராப்பிங், டேட்டா மைனிங் அல்லது தானியங்கி அணுகல்
  • Sharing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • வெளிப்படையான, ஆட்சேபகரமான அல்லது பொருத்தமற்ற உள்ளடக்கத்தை பகிர்வது

5. Profile Content Standards 5. சுயவிவர உள்ளடக்க தரநிலைகள்

All profile content must meet the following standards:

  • Profile photographs must be genuine, recent, and clearly show your face
  • சுயவிவர புகைப்படங்கள் உண்மையானவை, சமீபத்தியவை மற்றும் உங்கள் முகத்தை தெளிவாக காட்ட வேண்டும்
  • All information must be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • No offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content is permitted

6. Admin Authority & Platform Controls 6. நிர்வாக அதிகாரம் மற்றும் தள கட்டுப்பாடுகள்

TNTDCGS operates through a network of regional admins who are community-trusted individuals responsible for overseeing registrations in their area. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Referral Code Requirement: Registration requires a valid referral code from your designated regional admin, linking your account to a community-accountable representative.
  • பரிந்துரை குறியீட்டு தேவை: பதிவுக்கு பிரதேச நிர்வாகியிடமிருந்து பரிந்துரை குறியீடு தேவை.
  • Profile Review Authority: Regional admins have the authority to review submitted profiles and may Approve, Request Corrections, or Reject based on community standards and authenticity.
  • சுயவிவர மதிப்பாய்வு அதிகாரம்: பிரதேச நிர்வாகிகள் சமட்பிக்கப்பட்ட சுயவிவரங்களை மதிப்பாய்வு செய்து ஒப்புக்கொளளலாம், திருத்தங்கள் கோரலாம் அல்லது நிராகரிக்கலாம்.
  • Profile Visibility Gate: A profile is visible to community members ONLY after explicit admin approval. Pending and rejected profiles have zero visibility.
  • சுயவிவர தெரிவு: நிர்வாக அங்கீகாரத்திற்கு பிறகு மட்டுமே சுயவிவரம் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு தெரியும். நிலுவை மற்றும் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்ட சுயவிவரங்களுக்கு பார்வை இல்லை.
  • No Appeal Obligation: Admin decisions on profile approvals are community-driven and community-accountable. For any clarification, contact your regional admin directly.
  • மேல்முறையீட்டு கட்டாயமில்லை: நிர்வாக முடிவுகள் சமுதாய நலன் சார்ந்தவை. திருத்தங்கଳுக்கு பிரதேச நிர்வாகியை தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள்.

7. Account Lifecycle & Profile States 7. கணக்கு வாழ்க்கை சுழற்சி மற்றும் சுயவிவர நிலைகள்

Your profile on TNTDCGS exists in one of the following states at any given time. Understanding these states will help you know what to expect throughout your journey. For the full workflow, see the How It Works guide.

உங்கள் சுயவிவரம் எந்த நேரத்திலும் பின்வரும் நிலைகளில் ஒன்றில் இருக்கும்:

  • Pending: Profile submitted, awaiting admin review. Not visible to any community member.
  • நிலுவை: சுயவிவரம் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டது, நிர்வாக மதிப்பாய்வுக்காக காத்திருக்கிறது. எந்த உறுப்பினருக்கும் தெரியாது.
  • Approved / Active: Admin has approved the profile. Visible to community members (without contact details). User can browse, send, and receive interests.
  • அங்கீகாரம் / செயலில்: நிர்வாகி சுயவிவரத்தை ஒப்புக்கொண்டார். சமுதாய உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு தெரியும் (தொடர்பு விவரங்கள் தவிர).
  • Correction Required: Admin has requested changes to specific fields. Profile is hidden until corrections are submitted and re-reviewed.
  • திருத்தம் தேவை: குறிப்பிட்ட சுயவிவர புலங்களில் நிர்வாகி மாற்றங்கள் கோரியுள்ளார். திருத்தங்கள் மீண்டும் மதிப்பாய்வு செய்யப்படும் வரை சுயவிவரம் மறைக்கப்படும்.
  • Renewal Pending / Inactive: Monthly renewal fee has not been paid in time. Profile is hidden from search results until payment is made.
  • மாதாந்திர புதுப்பித்தல் நிலுவை / செயலற்றது: மாதாந்திர புதுப்பித்தல் கட்டணம் சரியான நேரத்தில் செலுத்தப்படவில்லை. கட்டணம் செலுத்தப்படும் வரை சுயவிவரம் தேடல் முடிவுகளிலிருந்து மறைக்கப்படும்.
  • Marked as Married: User has confirmed a successful matrimonial alliance. Profile is hidden from searches; data retained per user preference or deleted on request.
  • திருமணமானதாக குறிக்கப்பட்டது: பயனர் வெற்றிகரமான திருமண கூட்டணியை உறுதி படுத்தியுள்ளார். சுயவிவரம் தேடலிலிருந்து மறைக்கப்படும்.
  • Deleted: User has permanently removed their profile and all associated data from the platform at their own request.
  • நீக்கப்பட்டது: பயனர் உரிய கோரிக்கையில் தளத்திலிருந்து சுயவிவரத்தையும் அனைத்து தொடர்புடைய தரவையும் நிரந்தரமாக அகற்றியுள்ளார்.

8. Platform Fees 8. தள கட்டணங்கள்

A registration fee and monthly renewal fee are applicable as listed on our Pricing page. The Registration Fee is distributed as: your referrer’s commission, region admin commissions, app development service charges (invoiced monthly or yearly by the development team), and the net balance settled to the app owner. The Renewal Fee goes directly to the app owner to sustain ongoing services. Fees paid are non-refundable unless the platform is unable to provide the service.

எங்கள் கட்டண பக்கத்தில் பட்டியிட்டுள்ளபடி பதிவு கட்டணம் மற்றும் மாதாந்திர புதுப்பித்தல் கட்டணம் பொருந்தும். பதிவு கட்டணம் பரிந்துரைப்பாளர் கமிஷன், பிராந்திய நிர்வாகி கமிஷன், செயலி மேம்பாட்டு சேவை கட்டணம் (மாதாந்திரமாக அல்லது ஆண்டு தோறும் இன்வாயிட்டு) மற்றும் மீதமுள்ள தொகை செயலி உரிமையாளருக்கு சேர்கிறது. புதுப்பித்தல் கட்டணம் செயலி உரிமையாளருக்கு நேரடியாக சேர்கிறது. கட்டணங்கள் திருப்பி அளிக்க முடியாதவை.

9. Account Termination 9. கணக்கு நிறுத்தம்

TNTDCGS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

  • Violates any provision of these Terms
  • இந்த விதிமுறைகளின் எந்த விதியையும் மீறுகிறது
  • Is found to contain false or misleading information
  • தவறான அல்லது தவறான தகவல்கள் இருப்பது கண்டறியப்படுகிறது
  • Engages in any prohibited activity
  • தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட செயல்பாட்டில் ஈடுபடுகிறது
  • Receives verified complaints from other users
  • மற்ற பயனர்களிடமிருந்து சரிபார்க்கப்பட்ட புகார்களை பெறுகிறது

10. Disclaimer 10. மறுப்பு

TNTDCGS facilitates introductions between community members but does not guarantee the success of any matrimonial alliance. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy of user-provided information. Families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any alliance.

TNTDCGS சமுதாய உறுப்பினர்களுக்கிடையில் அறிமுகங்களை எளிதாக்குகிறது, ஆனால் எந்த திருமண கூட்டணியின் வெற்றியையும் உத்தரவாதம் அளிக்கவில்லை. குடும்பங்கள் எந்த கூட்டணியையும் முன்னெடுப்பதற்கு முன் தங்கள் சொந்த விடாமுயற்சியை மேற்கொள்ள ஊக்குவிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.

11. Governing Law 11. ஆளும் சட்டம்

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
