This Consent Policy explains precisely what you agree to when you register and use the TNTDCGS platform. We believe in full transparency — you should always know exactly what you are consenting to.

1. Consent to Profile Creation & Visibility 1. சுயவிவர உருவாக்கம் மற்றும் தெரிவிக்கு ஒப்புதல்

By registering on TNTDCGS, you consent to:

TNTDCGS-இல் பதிவு செய்வதன் மூலம், நீங்கள் பின்வருவதற்கு ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள்:

• Your profile being visible to other registered community members. Visible information includes: name, age, education, profession, city, and photographs you choose to upload.

2. Consent to Admin Review & Community Onboarding 2. நிர்வாக மதிப்பாய்வு மற்றும் சமுதாய சேர்க்கைக்கு ஒப்புதல்

By registering on TNTDCGS, you consent to the following onboarding and verification process that must be completed before your profile becomes visible to anyone:

1. Referral Code Requirement: You consent to obtaining a referral code from your designated regional admin before you can create a profile. This links your registration to a community-accountable representative who knows the members in their area.

3. Pending State: After submitting your profile, you understand and consent that it will be in a Pending state and will NOT be visible to any other member until a regional admin reviews and approves it.

5. Admin Review: You consent to your submitted profile being reviewed by your regional admin. The admin may Approve, Request Corrections, or Reject your profile based on community standards.

7. Status Notifications: You consent to receiving push notifications whenever your profile status changes — whether approved, correction requested, rejected, or when your monthly renewal is due.

3. Consent to Data Storage & Processing 3. தரவு சேமிப்பு மற்றும் செயலாக்கத்திற்கு ஒப்புதல்

You consent to TNTDCGS:

• Storing your personal information (name, date of birth, education, profession, family details, phone number, and photographs) on secure servers to provide matrimonial services.

• Processing your data to display your profile in search results and recommendations to other community members (with contact details always excluded).

4. Consent to the Matchmaking Flow 4. பொருத்தம் காணும் ஓட்டத்திற்கு ஒப்புதல்

You consent to the following matchmaking process:

1. Interest Sending: Other community members may send you an interest request. You will receive a push notification. Your contact details are NOT revealed at this stage.

3. Acceptance: You may accept or decline any interest. Declining does not reveal your contact details to the sender.

5. Mutual Acceptance: When both parties have accepted each other's interest, you consent to your contact information being revealed to that specific individual — and their contact information being revealed to you — simultaneously.

By using the TNTDCGS app, you consent to receiving:

• Push notifications for interest requests received

You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. Age Consent 6. வயது ஒப்புதல்

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to seek matrimonial alliances in India. The platform does not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Consent to Community Guidelines 7. சமுதாய வழிக்காட்டுதல்களுக்கு ஒப்புதல்

You acknowledge that the TNTDCGS platform exists to serve the Devanga Chettiyar community and consent to:

• Using the platform only for its intended matrimonial purpose

• Treating all community members with respect and dignity

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

• Deactivating or deleting your account through the app settings

• Contacting us via the Contact page to request data deletion

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.
